The Company
Our client is a commercial facilities organisation specialising in a range of industries including aged-care, hospitality and education. They provide premium and bespoke solutions to a range of business across Australia/New Zealand. This organisation has a requirement for a Customer Service Representative to work alongside their small yet dynamic customer service team.
The Role
Your role as a Customer Service representative is to manage the relationship with clients and operatives by ensuring service, quality, productivity, and safety targets are met. Your key duties and responsibilities include:
- Establish and maintain strong working relationships with both operatives and clients
- Address, follow up and report back on client concerns in a timely fashion
- Carry out all ad-hoc duties and assist other departments with administrative support
- Ensure after sales transition, follow up and support in a timely manner
- Attend meetings as required
- Build, update and review monthly planners
Your Profile
- Strong communication and organisation skills
- Demonstrates a willingness to learn
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in quality of work
- Excellent team workmanship
- Ability to speak to a range of stakeholders internal/external
Important information:
- Available at short notice to commence
- Must hold a current valid driver's licence, this role will require you to commute to different sites every 1-2 months
