Customer Service Team Leader

The Company
Our client is an Australian, privately owned industry leader of brands, distributing to major retail channels on a national scale. They have a vacancy for an experienced and enthusiastic team leader to play an integral part in a major growth phase, which will see you establish process improvements and build a successful and driven team.

The Role
As the Team Leader of Customer Service, you will be responsible for overseeing a new team of customer service staff, and act as a first point of contact for retail clients. Responsibilities include.

  • Provide supervision and training to a small knit team of customer service representatives
  • Work with management to establish goals, targets and KPI's for the customer service team
  • Establish improvement methods on current work-flow and processes
  • Work with production/E-Commerce team to ensure product enhancement
  • Oversee incoming customer queries and ensure all communications are allocated and resolved in a timely manner

Your Profile

  • Proven experience using E-Commerce platforms i.e. Shopify, Apparel 21, Magento, Zen desk
  • Experience in supervising a team
  • Ability to adapt to fast changing systems
  • Ability to solve complex matters in a professional manner
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Sound verbal communication skills
