The Company
An exciting opportunity exists for a customer service representative to join one of Australia's most renowned brands, located from their South-East office. Hours of work 7.00-7.30-4.00-4.30pm full time on an on-going temporary basis.
The Role
As a Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for all customer service queries, balanced with some administration tasks. Your day to day responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following.
- Provide a premium customer service experience and respond to resolving product or service enquiries to customers
- Usage of E-commerce platform to process and track orders
- Provide administrative support to Supply Chain & Manufacturing team
- Completing all email correspondence and enquiries
- Liaise with warehouse regarding stock availability
- Manage customer complaints to resolution procedure
Your Profile
- Proven experience using E-Commerce platforms
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
- Ability to solve complex matters in a professional manner
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Ability to collaborate and work in a team environment
- Sound verbal communication skills
