Customer Service Coordinators - SA

Ensign Services, trading as Spotless Laundry has been the market leader in the provision of linen and managed garment services for over 80 years, with service offerings including garment and linen rental, sale and laundering, uniform design and managed floor care and washroom services.

We currently have a great opportunity for Linen Room Attendants to work casual hours in the linen rooms within the Southern Suburb Hospital Locations.

These roles require the successful applicants to have the ability to contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness and can actively participate and support a teamwork environment.

The successful applicants must have ownership of a current driver licence and a reliable vehicle, must be willing to undertake a National Level Police Clearance.  Successful applicants will be required to attend pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol testing and participate in a vaccination program to be eligible for this position.

About the Role:

We are seeking casual Linen Room Attendants to join our onsite team within the southern suburbs hospitals.

Job duties involve packing and moving linen trolleys, entering details into a tablet to determine order requirements, decanting soiled linen for return to the laundry and various other duties.

Skills and Experience:

As part of a small team, we require someone who is a team player and can contribute toward the overall success of the team.

The job has physically aspects, so a reasonable level of fitness and mobility is required.

Minimum 1 years' experience in similar role with strong client services skills, demonstrated teamwork and reliability.

As the 'face' of Ensign Linen Services, our successful applicants will be well presented and display great customer service skills when engaging with hospital staff, members of the public and team members.

The positions are casual Monday to Friday with overtime, weekend and public holiday work requirements from time to time.
