About the Organisation
This is a small government Agency that has oversight of complaint handling and seeking remedies to improve process and efficiency.
 
About the role
This agency is seeking to establish a small team of APS5 and APS6 contractors to complete a project in the first half of 2021. This project will involve the distribution and analysis of an online survey, follow up audits with agencies, and the collation of a report outlining the findings from this work. We are seeking Data Analyst, Auditors, Compliance officers and strong Generalist.

Skills and Experience

The key duties of the APS 5 positions include:
  • gather, examine, evaluate and interpret survey data elements
  • coordinate the distribution and collation of survey documentation
  • develop, support and maintain stakeholder relationships to support work area’s priorities
  • co-ordinate and perform quality assurance for survey and related data to support work area objectives.
  • present visualisations and findings in an influential and clear manner
The key duties of the APS6 positions include:
  • undertake sample analysis and evaluate and interpret both qualitative and quantitative data
  • develop, support and maintain stakeholder relationships to support work area’s priorities
  • present visualisations and findings in an influential and clear manner
  • Review/audit agencies' complaints data and complaints-handling systems.
Desired
  • Are highly motivated to deliver outcomes within a dynamic environment. 
  • Have a demonstrated ability to apply analytical thinking to support timely, evidence-based decision making that are aligned to agreed outcomes 
  • Take a collaborative approach to tackling team tasks and working with other stakeholders to deliver results. 
  • Have good oral and written communication skills. 
  • Have good interpersonal, stakeholder relations and communication skills. 
  • Have the ability to quickly acquire the skills to use a range of office systems and applications.
