Role responsibility

• provide specialist advice on project initiatives
• lead a team of managers and analysts - mentor, lead and inspire!
• drive strategic input across a range of complex business initiatives and strategic reviews
• evaluate the implications of change and strategic options to achieve the groups objectives
• facilitate the development process for the Group for review by board
• deliver high quality insights and perspectives on strategic options

Relevant skills and qualifications

• top tier management consulting experience
• experienced blue sky thinker
• well credentialed in providing strategic advice with a proven ability to take ownership of complex strategic cases
• demonstrated strategy tool kit
• excellent stakeholder management and communications expertise
• financial services project experience.
