Qualifications & experience

  • Experience with our Accounting Software - Xero - Preferred but not required
  • Organised and Structured
  • Experience in previous office based role
  • Experience in the Solar and Electrical Industry - Preferred but not required
  • Familiar with Office Platforms - Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook Emails
  • Ability to commit to a flexible workload
  • Excellent communication skills

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Checking and Approving Employee Time sheets
  • Managing employee Leave Requests
  • Daily inputs into the Businesses Accounting System - Xero
  • Entering and managing Supplier Invoices
  • Reconciling Accounts and adding in receipts into Xero
  • Data Entry and daily tasks for our Operations side
  • Managing New Starters
  • Undertake a broad range of Administrative tasks
