The Mental Health Coalition of SA (MHCSA) is a peak body for mental health in SA and has played a key role in supporting the workforce development needs of the non-government (NGO) mental health workforce for over 10 years. As a project of the MHCSA, the Lived Experience Workforce Program (LEWP) was established in 2014 specifically to focus on building the capacity of the NGO sector in developing and growing its mental health Peer Workforce.
The Senior Project Officer, LEWP will be responsible for the operational delivery of the project elements under the direction and support of the Program Manager, LEWP. This position is contracted at 0.8FTE until June 2021, with likelihood of extension subject to funding. Remuneration will be in accordance with the SCHADS Award Level 6, with salary packaging available.
