  • Certificate of Registration – or be willing to obtain
  • Current Australian drivers licence (essential)


Tasks & Responsibilities


  • Liaise with tenants, Landlords & Creditors
  • Conduct Routine Inspections & Reports, Ingoing and Exit inspections & Reports
  • Process rent reviews & lease renewals
  • Oversee property repairs & maintenance
  • Reception & General Office administration duties
  • Conduct Open Inspections
