Customer Service Representative

Exciting opportunity to join the Customer Support Team within an Australian owned and operated innovative payments and prepaid card business, who are extremely passionate about there customers and staff. 

As a Customer Service Representative you will be valued for providing excellent service, bringing a vibrant energy to the team, and bringing a pro-active attitude to the role.

What’s in it for you:
  • $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 + super
  • Located in a lovely area of Balmain, close to public transport and street parking available 
  • Monday - Friday: 9am - 5pm 
  • Immediate start

  • 2 x positions available - one permanent and the other temporary with the view to go permanent  
About the role:
  • Receiving inbound calls and responding to emails from a variety of customers, clients, suppliers and internal stakeholders
  • Make outbound calls to follow up with new customers 
  • Guide customers and help resolve queries 
  • Data entry with accuracy
  • Liaise with the greater team and company to ensure every customers' requests are fulfilled, providing an outstanding customer service experience 
The ideal candidate:
  • 2 + years experience within a similar role 
  • Experience within the finance industry is preferred  
  • Excellent phone manner
  • Strong communication skills 
  • Strong data entry skills 
  • Be well-equipped to handle occasional complaints
  • Follow up where necessary in a timely manner
  • Have a can-do attitude and work with speed
