ABOUT THE ROLE

UQ Sport is seeking applications from dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Officers to work at our impressive facilities and venues at the University of Queensland.

Positions looking to be filled across multiple venues including Fitness, Athletics and Field sports.

This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone dedicated to delivering top notch service. Duties may include responding to customer queries, providing information about UQ Sport products and services, using the Point of Sale system, opening/closing of facilities, collection of payment for sales and service transactions, assisting with the setup for events/functions and basic administration duties. 

Due to the nature of the business, we are seeking flexible candidates who are available to fill shifts across a 7 day operation.

ABOUT YOU

You will have a minimum of 12 months' experience in a customer service environment, preferably in a sports or recreation facility. You are personable, reliable and energetic with excellent communication skills and customer service skills. 

You must also have the following qualifications :

  • First Aid certificate
  • CPR certificate
  • Blue Card
