We’re looking for success-driven, team-oriented, customer experience superstars to work for Probe Group on behalf of our amazing client.

If you’re interested, here is what you need to know.

  • Working on behalf of  Credit Union Australia (CUA)
  • This role is full time, commencing on 15th of February 2021
  • You will initially be on a 12 month contract - with a view to extend.
  • Located at 485 La Trobe Street, Melbourne CBD
  • The centre hours are Monday to Friday: 8AM - 8PM | Saturday & Sunday: 8AM - 4PM | Rotating roster

As per client requirements, candidates are required to undergo a selection of background checks including, but not limited to an Australian National Police Clearance and Bankruptcy Check. In addition to the above, applicants are required to provide a National Police Clearance for any countries they have lived in for than 6 months or more within the last 10 years. Applicants should contact the relevant overseas police force to obtain this clearance upon application as they will be required to provide a copy in order to progress in the application process. Details of overseas police agencies are available on the Department of Home Affairs website and can be searched for under "penal clearance certificate".
