Our client based in Adelaide CBD is looking to appoint professional friendly customer care agents on a permanent full-time basis. As a Customer Care Consultant, you will be valued for providing excellent service, bring vibrant energy to the team, and having a can- do attitude. My client offers a modern plan office, work from options, this is an opportunity not to be missed. 
  • Inbound Customer Service calls
  • Respond to customer emails
  • Make outbound calls to follow up on customer conversations 
  • Data entry & accuracy 
  • Liaise with the greater team & company to ensure customer satisfaction 
The Ideal Candidate :
  • A minimum of 1 years’ experience a contract center environment 
  • Excellent phone manner 
  • Strong communication skills 
  • Attention to detail & time management 
  • A can do-attitude & a team player
