McWilliams Lawyers is a boutique law firm located on the corner of King Street and St Georges Terrace in the Perth CBD. We practise in the areas of property and commercial law, primarily in property development, capital raising and debt funding for property projects, subdivisions and strata titles, property acquisitions and sales, management and leasing. The majority of our clients are involved in the property industry. They include property developers, builders, investment fund managers, syndicate operators, real estate agents and private investors with property assets.
Our team of lawyers have a wealth of experience gained primarily from time spent at major national and international law firms. At McWilliams Lawyers, we offer a dynamic, flexible, friendly and professional work environment.
The role
Due to strong growth across our business, we are seeking a law graduate to join our team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a law graduate to work alongside and be trained, coached and mentored by our directors and senior lawyers from top tier backgrounds. You will be exposed to a variety of property and commercial transactions and have opportunities to work directly with clients and have ongoing involvement in their matters.
About you
The ideal candidate will have:
- an academic qualification in law obtained at an Australian university;
- a strong academic record;
- an interest in property and commercial law;
- strong interpersonal and communication skills;
- a pro-active and flexible attitude; and
- proficiency in Microsoft Office.
