Our client are specialist’s in Development Management, Property Management and Project Sales & Marketing. They are seeking a part time Assistant to partner with the Senior Property Manager and work together to create a more efficient working environment. They a boutique style multi-award winning, full-service property company and are always focused on working towards their client's success. They are forward thinkers who value their team and accommodate to foster a work life balance.
This is a fantastic opportunity for you to bring your enthusiasm, energy and passion to a growing role in a part time capacity. Considering 3-4 days per week, Saturday work will be occasionally required however only at most for 2-3 hours. Due to their growing reputation and pipeline, they require someone who is ready to take the next step in their career and assist them in further establishing their residential Property Management arm.

About the role
Duties include but not limited to:
- Leasing inspections
- Processing applications
- Photography inspections
- Routines and Entries
- General administration duties
- Minimum 6-12 months experience in a similar role
- Certificate of Registration and/or Real Estate Licence
- Valid drivers license and own reliable car
- Self starter, self efficient and proactive nature
- A polished and professional personal presentation
- Demonstrated customer service and organisation skills
- Strong attention to detail with a positive ‘can-do’ attitude!
- Be technologically savvy - with the ability to learn new systems quickly
- Able to work autonomously, using your initiative and experience
