We hired someone prior to Christmas but unfortunately the successful candidate’s circumstances changed and she cannot take on the role so we are recruiting again!

We keep growing and so we're needing another shining star to join us.

We are looking for someone to join our team on a full time OR part-time basis with a view to fulltime if the workload continues to grow.

We operate in a team environment from a small home office in Woodlawn servicing clients throughout Australia. 

What's the role?

  • Answering incoming and outgoing telephone calls
  • Providing administration and secretarial support to clients, as required
  • Working as a collaborative team to service our clients

What do you need to bring?

  • Experience in a previous receptionist or admin role
  • Excellent phone manner
  • Friendly and flexible attitude
  • Microsoft office computer skills
  • An ability to think on your feet. This is a MUST HAVE skill.
  • An ability to learn a wide variety of booking software programs
  • Be comfortable in a constantly changing role
