As a multi award winning eco adventure park, Enchanted Adventure Garden continues to evolve and develop exciting activities and packages for families, couples, schools, and corporate groups. As Café Manager, your ability to oversee and manage food catering requirements for our guests is key to its ongoing success.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Manage a café team of approximately 20 staff. This will include coordinating efficient rostering, performance management, training and development.
  • Implement policies and procedures to increase revenue productivity.
  • Ensure daily operations of café activity across the kitchen, food preparation areas, barristers, and café service is in-line with COVID-Safe guidelines and is maintained at all times.
  • Be the key point of contact for customer service for café related enquiries
  • Maintain appropriate food, health, and safety standards throughout the café and kitchen 
  • Deliver excellent customer service in line with Enchanted Adventure Garden policies and procedures
  • Work closely with management on the development of innovative café products and services
  • Monitor and maintain café equipment and stock ordering
  • Identify and implement an innovative cafe menu

 Experience, Skills, and Attributes: 

  • Prefer a minimum of 2 years working experience as a Café Manager within a busy medium sized enterprise 
  • Be self-motivated and demonstrate leadership in a busy working environment 
  • Have an in-depth knowledge of inventory management systems and Microsoft Office for stock control purposes
  • Deliver a “can do” customer service attitude, with no task too big to undertake
  • A team player that supports and develops staff via positive leadership skills
