Your New Opportunity

Due to ongoing growth and exciting new briefs, we are seeking a highly motivated Creative Lead with solid agency experience to join our high performing team.  You will build and lead Thrive’s new creative function including setting the vision and defining ideation framework.

You will have the ability  to work on concept development, sell concepts to clients, manage  execution and lead the agency team to deliver best in class creative campaigns aligned to business and commercial goals.

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include

• Creative ideation for clients and to grow our portfolio

• Provide intelligence on cultural trends, insights and predictions

• Drive creativity across the agency

• Collaborate with leads and teams across the agency

 

Qualifications & Experience

• 10+ years agency experience and degree/studies in advertising, marketing or a business training equivalent

• Demonstration of creative expertise and contribution to award winning campaigns

• Strong creative vision with an understanding of business and commercial objectives

• Understanding and experience creating integrated campaigns across all marketing channels
