We are very proud to be working with the region's leading and most successful property consulting firms who deliver a full range of services from identification of land through to surveying, project management of the design, approvals and construction phase of projects.  
 
Due to expansion, and continued client growth they are looking for a Registered Surveyor to work on a variety of surveying projects in both the private and government sector.  Surveying work currently undertaken includes subdivisions, property boundaries, leases, community titles and strata title surveys, mining, and civil projects.

Depending on skills, background and client requirements you could be exposed to cadastral surveying, property surveying, 3D laser scanning, digital terrain modelling, geographic information systems (GIS) surveying, bathymetric surveys, topographical surveys (GPS and EDM), environmental surveys, audit surveys and aerial mapping control surveys.  
 
Responsibilities
  • Measuring, modelling, planning, and mapping using latest up to date survey systems and technology
  • Designing, building, titling, and managing the spatial components of land administration systems
  • Undertaking cadastral surveys for subdivisions, boundary markings and easements
  • Undertaking control surveys, topographic surveys and construction set out surveys
  • Preparation of spatial information, structural monitoring, and deformation studies
  • Participating in site visits and undertaking field and office duties
  • Survey plan preparation and producing accurate survey work, assessments, and reports
  • Recording and uploading captured data
Experience needed
  • Registered Surveyor
  • Experience using software such as 12D, AutoCAD, Civil CAD
  • Experience using Leica or Trimble Robotic Total Station and GPS equipment
  • Proven Cadastral work training
  • Strong consulting ability, verbal, and written communication skills
