We have multiple Chef/Cook/Apprentice opportunities at our Regional Hatted Restaurant

About the business 

Based at Polish Hill River in South Australia's picturesque Clare Valley, the spectacular SLATE Restaurant is nestled alongside our award winning Winery, Tasting Room, Brewery and boasts stunning panoramic views across the Estate vineyards.

Position Details

We are looking to fill 3 positions in our team so that we can expand our current offering - we are considering various levels of Chefs or Cooks for the roles other than the Sous:

  • Sous Chef (full time)
  • CDP or Commis Chef (full time)
  • Cook or Apprentice Chef (full time, part time or school based)
