Skills and Experience

ALL ROLES MUST have previous experience 

Be competent in the use of basic hand and power tools

Plan & organise maintenance & repairs across a variety of jobs

Current police clearance

MUST have current drivers license & ute suitable to undertake the role & be able to tow a trailer

White card

Clear understanding of Work Health & Safety Practices

Able to work efficiently, within set time frames & budgets 

Able to work with limited supervision &/or with others

Positive, can do attitude 

Able to liaise positively with a wide customer base

 

TILER

: All tiling work from patch up repairs, to shower & bathroom renovations

 

MAINTENANCE CARPENTER / GENERAL HANDYMAN

: All general inside / outside maintenance

: Balcony repairs

: Barge repairs 

: Brick Repairs / repointing

: Cabinetry 

: Ceiling repairs / replacement

: Concreting 

: Door/ window / gate locks – repairs / replacement

: Cornice repairs / replacement

: Doors – replacing

: Fascia repairs

: Fence repairs / replacement

: Fly screens (replacing)

: Gutter clean outs, repairs

: Gyprock repairs (large & small)

: Kitchens – cabinetry, water damage repairs, general maintenance

: Line Marking

: Painting (internal / external) incl. gutters, eaves, barges, doors, fences, windows

: Paving repairs

: Repairs after termites

: Rendering

: Roof repairs; replace cracked tiles, sealant work, ridge capping,
