Scotch College has an exciting opportunity for a suitably qualified and experienced Technical Support Officer with a passion for Apple Technologies to provide first line help desk support to Scotch students, parents and staff. This role will provide first line help desk and telephone support to all users of Scotch devices and equipment, support and maintain Scotch AV equipment and liaise with manufacturers/service agents for warranty service requests.  On a day-to-day basis you will be the front face of the IT department and ensures that all our customers’ (student, staff and parent) technical concerns are dealt with in a timely fashion, following troubleshooting best practices, whilst providing the customer with the highest level of courtesy possible.

We know the importance of having staff with up-to-date IT skills. Therefore, a development plan will be created to achieve not only our strategic goals, but also your personal goals, moving forward.
