Trainee Finance Officer Required for a Full Time Role.

This exciting opportunity is available with All Plan Management in our Bundaberg Office.
 
Plan Management is, in its essence, a financial intermediary function responsible for receiving & processing invoices directly from providers such as Therapists, Support providers, Assistive Technology Providers, Consumable Suppliers or any other Service Providers that are included in the Participants NDIS Plan.

As part of this position you will complete a Certificate III in Business Administration and must meet traineeship eligibility requirements.

  
WHAT IS ALL PLAN MANAGEMENT LOOKING FOR?

The primary purpose of this position is to provide assistance to the All Plan Management Team in the processing of invoices and payments for our clients against their NDIS plans.

As an indication the role would consist of:
  • Monitoring and Managing all incoming and outgoing emails in a timely manner
  • Data entry into the plan management system
  • Ensure accurate tracking of data 
  • Answer calls, external and internal
  • Assistance with administrative tasks and other ad hoc duties
Key aspects of the role that are required by the successful person would include: 
  • Strong time management skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Enjoys challenging environments and can meet tight deadlines 
  • An ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Yellow Card or NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Child Safety and Criminal History Screening - LCS2
