About the Role


We are currently looking for motivated Site Engineers keen for their next challenge! Successful candidates will join our team working on mining infrastructure projects in Central QLD. This is a full-time role working on a FIFO 9/5 roster.

Responsibilities will include

  • Ensuring effective programming and construction methodologies
  • Project administration, planning and scheduling
  • Assisting in meeting project milestones and ensuring project compliance
  • Conducting quality assurance
  • Assisting in financial reporting
  • Ensuring safe working conditions for staff and subcontractors.

Essential Skills and Attributes

  • Bachelor of Engineering (Civil)
  • Construction White Card
  • Surface Mining Induction (mining project)
  • 1 – 2 years’ experience in Engineering in Civil Construction
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple tasks and maintaining focus on priorities
  • Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships
  • Computer literacy, particularly experience working with MS Excel and MS Project applications
  • Highly effective planning, organising and problem solving skills together with the ability to lead, motivate and influence others
  • High attention to detail
