Job description

Tenzing is one of Australasia's leading Business and Technology consultancies. We’re proud to have been seamlessly combining the pedigree of global consultancy with our authentic, local, on-the ground delivery for over ten years.

We are privileged to work with a diverse set of clients across a range of industries, including some of Australasia's best-known organisations.  Working shoulder to shoulder with our clients we have delivered strategic change, organisational design and change management services on some of this country’s most complex and challenging programmes.

We’re proud to have one of Australasia’s largest and most experienced change management practices, and demand for our services continues to grow. As a result, our Management Consulting team is recruiting consultants with organisational change experience in business transformations and system implementations.

Our highly experienced team of OCM consultants enable Tenzing to provide one of the largest and most comprehensive offerings in the Australasian market, backed by best in class methods that support agile and waterfall environments. As a Tenzing consultant, it’s not just about what we do – it’s how we do it that sets us apart.

You will have a minimum of five years' experience in management consultancy or will have consulted internally for a large organisation in a business transformation environment.

You will have proven experience in :

  • Change strategy and planning
  • Stakeholder identification and assessment
  • Facilitation and collaborative co-design techniques
  • Communications and engagement
  • Change impact assessment
  • Organisational design and workforce transition
  • Training needs analysis
  • Change effectiveness assessment

Most importantly you’ll bring a consulting mindset – one that’s able to deal with ambiguity and learn on the fly. You’ll also have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

In return, you'll be joining a close-knit, diverse and professional team.  You will work on challenging and exciting projects with some of Australasia’s most prestigious organisations.  You will also have the support and opportunities to take your career to the next level.

We offer competitive salaries to reflect your experience and provide comprehensive learning frameworks to ensure you reach your full potential. As well as a bonus component, we also offer the opportunity to opt for 5 or 6 weeks annual leave and provide other health related benefits.

If this sounds like you, we look forward to hearing from you!
