About this opportunity
We are seeking a Member Resolution Officer to join our Member Administration Solutions Team on a max-term contract until December 2021. Reporting to the Senior Manager - Member Specialist Operations, this role will be responsible for managing the resolution of complex member enquiries to deliver a 'Members First' service experience aligned to Aware Super's values and brand promise. This role acts as a liaison between the operational team and the Administrator account management at a member level.

How do you exceed our expectations?
You will be an experienced customer service professional with extensive knowledge of superannuation industry products and services. You will also have strong communication skills in multiple channels including verbal, written and face-to-face. In addition:

  • Minimum one years' experience in a customer service role within a superannuation contact centre or administration environment;
  • Highly developed oral and written presentation skills;
  • Highly developed research, analytical, problem solving and conflict resolution skills;
  • Experience in using online information systems and other applications such as Microsoft Office;
  • Extensive knowledge of superannuation industry products and services and their application; and
  • RG 146 superannuation certification, or intention to acquire.
