Continuing growth and a desire to become best of breed has led our client, an established property group, to seek an outstanding Program Manager to orchestrate the success of business projects. Whilst the company has a history of strong performance, the executive isn’t resting on its laurels. The enterprise wants to be better; at engaging with customers, adapting in an environment of constant change, maximising the benefits of digitalisation, and ensuring the business remains in the industry vanguard. This role is critical to raising the performance bar, and instilling a more rigorous and disciplined approach across all projects. Headquartered in inner Melbourne, the enterprise continues to invest heavily in its people to ensure a robust foundation for generating sustainable future success.
An experienced Project Leader is required to partner with the project owners to plan, manage and complete an ongoing range of transformational projects. The strategy is about shaping a more sophisticated and robust business as the launching pad for significant growth and expansion. This requires leadership, education about project process, and an end-to-end approach that combines strong methodologies with practical, commercial outcomes. Working closely with the senior executives, a flavour of some of the projects includes:
- Optimising the Salesforce CRM platform
- Enhancing CX & establishing an omni channel approach
- Developing new service offerings
- Leveraging digital & social media
- Improving internal reporting & governance
- Producing better quality & actionable data
- Improving the use & performance of technology
We’re looking for an experienced Program Manager, a subject matter expert who’s prepared to bring an innovative, structured and disciplined approach. Tertiary qualified in a relevant degree, you’ll ideally have experience in a PMO and been involved in organisational transformations involving multiple projects and significant stakeholder management. The organisation is transitioning to an agile workplace, so it’s essential to bring agile experience, along with Prince II and recognised improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma or lean. This is a hands on role in a very commercial environment, requiring clear purpose, collaboration and influencing skills to deliver results. Resilience and optimism, problem solving ability, plus a strong analytical foundation are other highly regarded qualities.
This is a terrific opportunity to play a key role for a business committed to improving all aspects of its performance. With a clear change mandate, you have the chance to contribute substantially to the success of the business and leave a real legacy.
