We are currently looking for a HR Manager to fulfil a maternity cover position. 

Primary responsibilities: 

  1. Manage the employee life cycle end to end 
  2. Perform payroll monthly (full instructions available)
  3. Workers compensation claims 
  4. Hold employee performance meetings
  5. Assist the team in recruitment
  6. Provide HR support to the Area Management team and other Managers
  7. HR admin work, including managing the company's HRIS

This role is quite a walk in, walk out position - the HR framework is already in place. Full handover is available, along with ongoing support. 

Whilst prior HR Management experience is ideal, it is not absolutely necessary, as this role may suit someone who has been in HR administration and wants to take the next step in their career.
