In this key leadership role, your directive will include overseeing the daily operations of the business, providing effective direction to the site. Your mandate will include managing key customer relationships, and at the same time, playing an important role in further growing this highly regarded business across broader client sectors. You will be responsible for overseeing a small team within sales, production, dispatch, and administration, as well as harnessing your expertise in process and systems improvement. Your initial scope will see you further developing new business, tending key stakeholder relationships locally and ensuring customer service is at the forefront of the business.
Accordingly, we are seeking an engaging leader, with experience gained in a manufacturing environment (the role could suit an Operations, Commercial or Sales Manager from such).
