Main Role and Responsibilities
This role involves working within a fast-paced environment using cutting edge compounding facilities to compound popular medications including bio-identical hormones, cosmeceuticals, nutraceuticals, anti-ageing medicines, dental and veterinary formulations, coupled with the opportunity to customise cosmetics and personal care products for our already established and growing clientele. The role is quite physical and may involve some heavy lifting of supplies at times.
Qualifications and Experience
To be considered for this role the successful candidate must have experience and a technical qualification (eg. FORMULATION CHEMISTRY or PHARMACEUTICAL SCIENCE qualification, or similar). The canditate must also exercise excellent time management skills, maths skills, an understanding of laboratory policies & procedures and a strong pharmacology background. New graduates are welcome to apply. A standout candidate will display extensive experience in the development and formulation of skincare products.
You will exercise good quality control with high attention to detail, working neatly and efficiently under the direction of head pharmacist and laboratory manager.
You must be available to work flexible hours ranging from Monday to Friday, and this position will include a rotating Saturday shift. Good remuneration for the right candidate.
