The opportunity:

As a Customer Service Manager at our Nerang Goodlife Health Club, you will take responsibility for leading and developing a team of highly skilled Member Service Representatives, enabling them to deliver the best possible experience to our members. You will be key in developing a culture in your club that inspires and motivates existing and prospective members - aiding membership growth and retention. Your role will be to create the customer-focussed fitness community you have always aspired to join. 

This opportunity is available on a 9-month contract basis

Key responsibilities:

  • Achieve membership growth and retention budgets on a monthly basis

  • Support the Club Manager by developing initiatives to drive membership growth

  • Lead your team by example in the provision of ‘best-in-class’ customer service

  • Develop, train & mentor your team of Membership Service Representatives

  • Monthly reporting including membership cancellations/suspensions

 

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • Previous team management experience

  • Exceptional customer service skills gained from a customer focussed or reception background

  • Proven history of KPI achievement

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage, motivate and inspire others

  • An enthusiasm for health & fitness, and helping others
