About the role
Due to an internal promotion, we’re looking for an energetic individual to join our team based in trendy South Yarra.
This role will be your foot in the door into the marketing world! You will use your customer service experiences to manage client communications, work with our Creative and Digital teams as well as working on admin tasks across various projects.
If you have studied a marketing related discipline, or have strong customer service skills (maybe working in retail or hospitality) this may be the next step in your career!
What you’ll do
- Manage inbound phone and voicemail enquiries
- Manage multiple customer service inboxes
- Review daily sales promotion entries
- Profile support for microsite builds
- Liaise with internal teams for website updates
You’ll have an awesome attitude and a passion for all things customer service and/or marketing. You’ll have experiences working in a customer facing role with the ability to multi-task… all while having a sense or humour and a can-do attitude!
