About the role:
Our Account Managers are primarily responsible for the communication and engagement of clients across the digital marketing space; this includes working directly with Google Ads, Facebook Advertising, SEO and other SEM platforms to drive relevant traffic to clients’ websites.
You'll work with our in-house Optimisation Specialists, identifying opportunities for growth in our client's campaigns and manage client expectations of future development.

Key responsibilities:
  • Identify and support client expectations around the build and management of Google Ads, Facebook Advertising, SEO and other SEM platform campaigns;
  • Manage client relationships on a day-to-day basis via phone calls and emails in line with KPI expectations;
  • Build rapport and develop long-term strategic relationships with clients in order to provide quality service and encourage retention;
  • Work closely with all departments to improve the customer experience;
  • Provide recommendations to clients on their marketing strategy;
  • Stay up-to-date with online marketing platforms (e.g. Google Updates/Trends etc);
  • Obtain and develop insightful, thorough recommendations from Digital Marketing Optimisation Specialists to improve technical, design, content and on-page and off-page optimisation elements for clients;

  • Well equipped to deliver clear and concise information to customers;
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities;
  • Strong IT skills/competency;
  • The ability to perform well under pressure and maintain a positive approach through uncertainty and change;
  • Strong time management skills with a commitment to service quality
