Founded in 2013, PartridgeGP (formerly Partridge Street General Practice) is a General Practice, based in Glenelg, South Australia, providing better services and facilities to GPs, Allied Health Professionals, and our staff, so that we can all provide the best clinical care to our valued patients. We are fully accredited as a General Practice and we are an award winning training practice, training students and GP Registrars, the future of our profession. Our core purpose is to help practitioners help patients.
PartridgeGP is seeking a Practice Manager who will ensure we are a General Practice industry leader and a destination of choice for key talent. The successful candidate will be part of an innovative and driven non-clinical team.
Reporting to the owners directly, the Practice Manager is a key member of the team; responsible for leading the human resources function, with a key focus on enhancing and strengthening a high-performance culture, as well as maintaining a positive environment in which a diverse workforce can grow and develop. Key responsibilities include the day-to-day management of staff resourcing, along with the maintenance and improvement of existing human resources systems and processes, relating to recruitment, induction, performance management, training and legislative requirements.
The successful candidate will have significant experience in a senior practice management role, coupled with proven expertise in organisational culture and capability building. Experience in leadership development and mentoring is required, and relevant qualifications will be highly regarded. An understanding of high-performance general practice (clinical and business), governance and compliance, and strategic planning and implementation is desirable.
