The aim of the Bulls Masters is to foster and develop cricket throughout the whole of Queensland utilising retired QLD cricketers as well as providing community support and assisting charities along the way.
We are a non profit organisation that aims to be a positive influence on people's lives through interaction and education using our personnel as the vehicle to deliver these benefits.
The ability to visit a vast array of Queensland towns and have an impact on people's lives via hospital visits, fundraising for charity, encouraging our children to get active and play sport, discovering and nurturing indigenous talent and helping to improve local facilities is something we are extremely proud of.
We are looking for an energetic and positive Events and Admin Manager to help us continue to grow and thrive! You will need to be comfortable talking with sponsors, partners and people in our network.
-Document preparation of financial reports and sponsorship deals including preparation of sale proposals.
-Maintain Membership and past-player databases (correct and up to date)
-Compile player itineraries for tours and upcoming events
-Compile Annual Sponsor Reports and Annual Report
-Keep Annual tour calendars up to date
-Keeping a register of charitable donations
-Administrative support for Board including taking minutes, distribution of board papers prior to meetings and circulation of minutes after meeting
-Maintain stock inventory
-Answer office phone and maintain procedures, mailing etc
-Coordination & administration for all events and tours
-Produce Profit & Loss reconciliation statements post all events for reports to Business Development Manager.
-Full attendance on tours
The role involves some travel with the Tours and Events we hold through Regional Queensland, and might require some flexibility with hours (that work both ways!).
