What will your day look like?
Without question, this is a challenging role. You will be working in an environment that changes rapidly requiring you to stay on top of new technologies. For part of your day you’re likely to be busy working with our fabulous and close knit team in Perth, including the Project Director, as well as our project partner, Lotterywest. You’ll be responsible for ensuring that our project with Lotterywest adheres to quality standards and that our product meets defined requirements.
From a BA perspective you will work collaboratively with the gaming team to define and document their business requirements (scope and roadmap).

From a high level perspective key skills also include experience preparing and executing test strategies and plan, daily test execution and completion reports. You’ll have experience seeing defects through to resolution. Your testing processes will be robust as a result of your thorough identification of requirements and specifications in the development and execution of test scenarios.
Key to this role is your relationship with Lotterywest. Lotterywest is a State Government statutory authority. It distinguishes itself by supporting the community via grants to not for profit organisations and local government authorities, as well as the health, sport and art sectors through statutory funding.
You will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role, with a Bachelor of IT or similar. You will have demonstrable problem solving and team work skills. Your ability to communicate at all levels is key.
From a technical perspective you will have experience with Jira or XStudio. Likewise you will have knowledge and experience in development, testing, implementation, operation and support of real-time systems within gaming, lotteries or comparable industries.
Creative thinking will be second nature to you, as will the ability to identify areas for improvement and find solutions. You will be customer service oriented and passionate about working in a high performance culture. Our aim is to provide a world class experience to our customers through our professional, timely and efficient service standards.
Note that you will participate in on-call rotation for production support.
