The core role will require the following:
- Ability to professionally complete assessment, intervention and reports
- Work independently and manage own caseload successfully
- Be collegial and collaborate with team members
We have the privilege of working with a diverse range of clients at Talkative. Every clinician's area of preference and expertise is taken into consideration when work is allocated. We focus on the quality of work as opposed to the number of clients seen per day. This position is a contractor position and we can guide clinicians on how to become contractors.

- Play and social skills
- Sensory Processing
- Relationships and attachment
- Fine motor skills
- Gross motor skills
- Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
- School readiness
Clinicians will be able to enjoy offsite and onsite visits.

Talkative was established in 2015 by Kat Bray (Senior Speech Pathologist) in order to create a work environment that allowed every clinician to have the freedom and scope to provide high level and personalised speech pathology services to their clients.
