Hope & Glory is pleased to be working with Equip in their search for an Employer Experience Manager to lead the strategy and execution of employer-based activities across Equip, including Catholic Super.

This new position will play a senior role in driving this evolution.

The Role
Reporting directly to the Head of Experience, the Employer Experience Manager will work closely with key stakeholders whilst managing a small team of engaged Experience Specialists.  They will be responsible for the development and delivery of end-to-end employer channel strategy designed to enhance member retention and growth. They will also be a Stream Lead on Equip’s Fund Project teams and will bring together branding, communications, marketing and digital strategy to deliver on key strategic initiatives.  
Ensuring a cohesive and positive experience for existing members and those transitioning to a new superannuation arrangement via future Successor Fund Transfers (SFTs) is essential to this role.
We are seeking a senior marketing and communications professional with deep experience in the financial services sector, who is ideally well-practised in superannuation.
The Employer Experience Manager will undertake a range of activities including (but not limited to) the following:
  • Developing and delivering a successful end-end employer strategy
  • Managing internal stakeholders and business units to ensure that strategy is executed on time, on budget and meeting KPIs, ensuring positive engagement and effective relationships at all levels
  • Delivering on employer, member and FUM growth and retention targets
  • Creating and applying consistent branding guidelines for brands across all marketing and communications collateral
  • Leading all SFT related campaign and communications activity for members from strategy development, through to reporting and analysis.
To be considered for this role, your application likely shows the following:
  • Significant communications and marketing experience in financial services (essential) and superannuation industry (desirable)
  • Proven skills in leading a high-performing team(s)
  • Proven capability in managing end-to end member experience projects
  • Proficiency in developing and implementing effective acquisition marketing strategies
  • Experience in working closely with a range of stakeholders to deliver on ambitious targets with a proven ability to quickly develop positive relationships
  • Hands-on experience working with mergers and acquisitions (desirable)
  • High-level organisational skills including well-developed priority-setting skills and the proven ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Tertiary qualifications in communications, marketing or related fields.

This is a permanent, full-time role and is based onsite in Melbourne (CBD) – when current COVID-19 restrictions allow, combined with working from home.  

You will be joining a results-driven, friendly and collaborative team where open communication and feedback is encouraged and your career is supported. The salary is in the range of $150,000 - $160,000 including 10% superannuation per annum.
