Hope & Glory is pleased to be working with Equip in their search for a Marketing and Campaigns Specialist to support the strategy and execution of employer-based activities across Equip, including Catholic Super.

This new position will play an important role in driving this evolution.
The role

Reporting directly to the Employer Experience Manager, the Marketing Campaigns Specialist will support the key strategic initiatives of the division. This includes responsibility for the development of EDMs, letters, presentations and digital assets that brings together branding, communications, marketing and digital strategy.    
Working with a range of internal stakeholders to ensure the creation of collateral that supports a cohesive and positive experience for Equip and Catholic Super employers and members is essential to this role.
We are seeking an enthusiastic marketing and/or communications professional, ideally with experience in the financial services sector. They will be confident in running employer and member campaigns and communications activities to ensure that the objectives of the Employer Experience team are met.
The Marketing and Campaigns Specialist will undertake a range of activities including (but not limited to) the following:
  • Working with the Employer Experience Manager and Lead to deliver on the overall Employer Experience Strategy
  • Developing material to support the Employer Relationships team
  • Developing and maintaining a consistent, audience appropriate expression of the Equip and Catholic Super brands
  • Coordination of stakeholder reviews and signoffs
  • Ensuring final work adheres to original briefs and meets agreed deadlines.
To be considered for this role, your application likely shows the following:
  • 3-5 years’ communications and/or marketing experience
  • Financial services / superannuation industry background (desirable)
  • Proficiency in successfully implementing marketing and communications strategies
  • Experience in working with a range of stakeholders and a proven ability to quickly develop positive relationships
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • High-level organisational skills including well-developed priority-setting skills and the proven ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Tertiary qualifications in communications, marketing or related fields.

This is a permanent, full-time role and is based onsite in Melbourne (CBD) – when current COVID-19 restrictions allow, combined with working from home.  You will be joining a results-driven, friendly and collaborative team where open communication and feedback is encouraged and your career is supported. The salary is in the range of $80,000 - $85,000 including 10% superannuation per annum.
