TasWater is Tasmania's water and sewerage provider and is a major state entity with high impacts on the economy, environment and well-being of the state. Delivering essential services to over 430,000 customers 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Employing over 900 staff it is a values driven organisation which is striving to achieve its vision of "being trusted, respected and making a positive difference in Tasmania". On an ambitious transformation journey to modernise a significant and dispersed aging asset base, the organisation has considerable investments planned for the next decade to ensure reliable and efficient services to homes and business across Tasmania. With the upcoming retirement of the inaugural CEO, the Board is seeking an energised leader to guide the organisation into its exciting future.

As CEO, you will report to Board, engage the staff across the state in the strategy and lead the ambitious transformation of both infrastructure and culture. Rich in stakeholders you will be an active leader across government, industry and community as the organisation works towards realising its potential and ensures water security for the state.

Regarded as a visionary leader, you have a proven track record achieving exceptional outcomes for communities and customers through the power of an engaged and inspired workforce. Experienced in executive roles across regulated utilities, you pride yourself on your exceptional stakeholder engagement skills and political acumen. Passionate about the community, you have an intrinsic drive to make a difference and see this as a once in a lifetime opportunity to leave a lasting legacy for the state of Tasmania.
