Essential Caravans are currently seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team based at our new location in Somerton.
Our Office Manager position will be a fulltime position with opportunities for further career progression as the business continues to expand. The position will be based at our reception and responsibilities will include – answering telephone enquiries, ordering office supplies, and assisting our production team with administrative tasks.
Duties will also include:
- General administration and filing
- Answering telephone enquiries and directing enquiries
- Taking photographs of finished caravans
- General filing and office management duties
To be successful for the role:
- Have prior experience in a similar position
- Be highly organised with the ability to prioritise workload
- Possess an excellent phone manner
- Be punctual and reliable with a great work ethic
- Prior experience in the caravan industry – Highly desirable.
