About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Kiosk Worker to join our team in a casual role over our summer period at Reflections Lake Glenbawn.

As this is a summer casual position, we require someone who is available to work throughout December and January across a rotational roster, including weekend and public holiday work. 

In this role, you will:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and create personalised, memorable experiences for our park visitors and guests
  • Be the first point of contact for guest enquiries and requests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Provide information on the park and surrounding areas
  • Undertake preparation and cooking of food
  • Assist in opening and closing of the office and kiosk area
  • Undertake general cleaning of the office and kiosk
  • Process sales through computerised point of sale register

Role Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous experience in hospitality or fast food
  • Flexible availability including availability to work on weekends and public holidays
  • Food Handlers Certificate (desirable)

The successful applicants will be subject to the following:

  • National Criminal History Check
  • Working With Children (WWC) clearance for paid employment
  • Pre-Employment Medical Assessment including functional capacity evaluation and drug & alcohol screen
