A new era for All Saints Estate

All Saints Estate is currently undertaking a multimillion dollar redevelopment of its chef hat restaurant Terrace and Cellar Door, both to be completed early 2022. In addition to this, the Indigo Food Co. is also being redeveloped as Bonnie, a relaxed artisan pizzeria to be completed and launched in December of this year.


We are looking for talented and dedicated chef to fill the role of Sous Chef of Bonnie

About You

  • Previous experience in a similar role of a high-quality wood / gas pizza oven operation
  • Proactive, professional and a strong understanding of modern & traditional pizza 
  • Strong communication and time management skills
