The Role

The Graduate Business Analyst role, based out of Brisbane, will see you working with multiple clients, projects, and stakeholders. You will have the opportunity to work with a company that thrives to support diversity within the workplace. Working close with our Head of Process and our Delivery Manager to shape the direction of the capability/role.

Your responsibilities will likely include the following:

  • Mapping of current and future state business processes (As-Is and To-Be)
  • Evaluate business process requirements gathered from multiple sources, decompose high-level requirements into detailed use; cases/requirements and distinguish user requests from the underlying true business needs;
  • Work with Senior Solution Analysts to ensure a common understanding on business requirements and scope of the work.


To be considered for the position, you will have experience or have been exposed to the following:

  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to communicate with clients to determine needs and requirements;
  • Excellent professional presentation skills (written and verbal, formal documentation);
  • Experience or Studies that included the uses of frameworks such as ITIL, COBIT, BABOK etc., and process modelling;
  • Self-motivated, ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Experience using agile project management software.

Highly Regarded: 

  • Experience working as a Graduate Business Analyst across multiple business units;
  • Consultancy, working with a large number of clients;
  • Knowledge or experience working with Automation or RPA and other similar emerging technologies;
  • Consultancy experience.
