Our client is a global leader in the Fire & Security solutions helping protect people, property and assets using world-class brands, with a turnover in excess of $60 Billion USD and approximately 200,000 employees worldwide.  This 3-month full time contract position has the view to go permanent for the right people and is available to start ASAP based in Darwin

About The Role

Our client is looking to add to their team and require 2 x Service Administrator. The role is a mixture of dealing with and amending Customer Accounts, processing credits, following up invoices with government clients in addition to reporting and ensuring that records are compliant to Australian Standards. It sits within a great team who thrive on providing High Level Customer Service & Delivering results.

Experience working in a Call Centre environment is a MUST to be considered for this position. Intermediate knowledge  working with Excel Spreadsheets 

Day to day duties include: 
• Handling inbound emergency calls in a professional manner
• Making outbound calls to new and existing clients
• Listening to customers and determining appropriate course of action
• Recording accurate customer information
• Complying with policies and procedures
• Maintaining confidentiality of customer information

Skills and Experience
• Background and experience working in a customer Service/call centre environment
• Ability to work all rostered shifts, including weekends and public holidays
• Demonstrate a high level of integrity and work/personal ethics
• Ability to prioritise and manage numerous tasks simultaneously
• Excellent listening skills, empathetic, caring and patient
• Strong attention to detail
