Juniper is a leading, values driven provider of quality care, housing and other support services for over 3,700 older Western Australians across its 27 Residential Facilities, extensive Home Care operations and 14 Retirement Living Villages.
Reporting to the CEO and as a member of the Executive Leadership Team, the Executive Director, Governance & Quality Improvement will be responsible for Juniper’s clinical and operational governance, compliance, quality and risk functions.
Leading Juniper’s clinical, quality and risk teams, this is a strategic role which will require visible, organisation-wide leadership, collaboration and commitment to deliver quality and safety as it relates to client and resident care. It will also engage directly with Juniper’s Board Clinical Governance and Audit and Risk Committees.
It is anticipated that Juniper’s new Executive Director, Governance & Quality Improvement will be a registered health professional with prior senior leadership experience of a clinical governance function in a values-based, consumer focused health care environment.
