About the role

The Payroll and People Services Officer will work collaboratively with the Payroll Manager and the People Services team in the management of employee records and the processing of fortnightly payrolls. 

You will be the initial point of contact for payroll queries and work with our Payroll Manager to analyse, prepare and process information such as leave, superannuation, salary packaging and workers compensation. 

You will also work with our People Services Team to manage employee records, new employee documentation and compliance requirements.

About you

Are you the person people go to when they have a question about Excel?

Do you have at least 3 years experience in a payroll environment?

Are you organised with an eye for detail?

Do you love systems and have an excellent understanding of HRIS/Payroll systems and excellent computer literacy?

Are you a team player who likes to collaborate with others and share your knowledge?
