This newly created role will see you working out of and managing our new state-of-the-art showroom in Burwood East.  You will lead a tight team of interior designers and support staff, with your role reporting directly to and be the 2IC to our Design Manager, based at our Port Melbourne showroom.  This role will offer you the opportunity to be recognised for your genuine sales experience, natural leadership, and residential design knowledge.

Day to day you will, in line with the business strategy, implement business plans and lead, mentor, and coach a team of designers, achieving goals, targets whilst supporting their individual development.  In addition, is the opportunity to provide superior design consultation to current and prospective clients that come to you through a healthy flow of well qualified leads 

Attributes you will bring to the role include an attention to detail, advanced communication and problem-solving skills, goal focussed, combined with a natural focus on customer service, time management and being able to multi-task. You will also have demonstratable proven advanced sales experience and capability, ideally supported by a experience in the renovation or building industry.  Whilst and Interior Design Qualification, NetSuite and Revit experience would be ideal, full training will be provided.
