Our Program:

We invite all pro-active and energetic 2020 and 2021 graduates to apply for our hands-on, innovative and highly engaging graduate program commencing in February 2022.

A property background is not essential, however an interest in land and property will see you benefit from our program. Our graduates have stated that this opportunity would benefit students from any discipline. The program is for new graduates who are looking for an exciting opportunity that see you working closely within our teams, developing strong relationships, learning about the land development industry and attending some of our exciting development projects, including involvement in large scale projects such as Subi East, Ocean Reef Marina and East Perth Power Station.

Our Graduate program provides a challenging and exciting rotation schedule, working across all facets of our business. You will rotate through our core business divisions, Business Development and Marketing, Finance and Corporate Services, Planning and Operations, supporting our Project/Development Managers on Industrial, Metropolitan and Regional land development projects.

Upon successful completion of an initial rotation around our core business divisions, you will be offered a Project Officer role and assigned to work across the business, taking part in exciting work within different project teams. 

We have run our highly successful graduate program for the last 18 years. Our graduate retention is high because we offer a valuable experience working on exciting projects, while nurturing professional development opportunities within a clearly structured career path.

2020 / 2021 Graduates from all disciplines will be considered. The successful applicants will be able to demonstrate:
