The Leederville Precinct is looking for a Beverage Manager to join our team.

 The Leederville Precinct is a busy operation currently responsible for servicing The Garden and The Leederville Hotel and new restaurant Servo. With a team dedicated to the industry, providing a fantastic opportunity to learn and work alongside some of Perth’s most respected hospitality professionals.

The site has just completed a  $7million development which has transformed Leederville into a multi-venue food, drink, and entertainment precinct like no other.

You will need to be able to demonstrate:

  • You will likely already possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Focused on the development and consistency of the beverage offerings and innovative training of the teams, across all venues at the precinct.
  • Extensive knowledge of premium spirits, craft beer, international wine, and cocktails.
  • Ongoing development, training, and monitoring of the precincts bar service standards whilst actively working within the teams.
  • Quality control of prep schedules and menu products.
  • Ongoing seasonal development of the venue's beverage menu offerings.
  • The ability to work a flexible roster to meet the needs of the business, including weekends, public holidays, nights, and covering senior floor roles where required.
